Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is centrally located, making it a perfect base for exploring Edinburgh. The rooms are clean and quiet, but some amenities need improvement. The service is efficient but could be more attentive. The dining options are satisfactory, but with room for enhancement. Overall, a good value for a weeklong stay in New Town.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were equipped with everything I needed, and it even had a box for recycling and a fabric bag for shopping. However, the room was a bit too warm, and heavier curtains would have been helpful. The location was perfect, right behind George Street, making it an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh. The hotel is close to many eateries and all the attractions are within walking distance. The service was excellent, and the staff was very attentive. The only downside was the limited dining options available, especially for Chinese dishes.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were cozy, but a bit warm until we adjusted the heating. The location is fantastic for exploring the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport links. The service was efficient, and the dining options were satisfactory. However, the lack of heavier curtains for better sleep was a downside.
The hotel is centrally placed in New Town, close to a variety of dining options and just a short walk from Royal Mile activities. While the rooms had some issues with heating and appliances, the location was great for exploring all that Edinburgh has to offer.
The hotel was exceptional and had everything you needed for a short stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable with heavier curtains for a good night's sleep. The location was fantastic with plenty of dining options nearby, but the dining experience could be improved. Service was top-notch with great amenities available. The hotel offers good value for money.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it made my trip so much better! The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I did have a minor issue with the heating system in my basement room. Overall, I appreciate having the option of in-room catering for added convenience.
